Seasoned experience

Our recruiters have been doing this a long time, and we know how to find talent. Hello’s more than 400 recruiters have an average of 5.7 years of industry experience, hold degrees in the specialty areas they serve, and complete Hello’s ongoing required continuing training programs. As a result, Hello recruiters are adept at quickly learning the nuances of any position and understand the specific markets where your talent is.

While Hello is relatively new, our group’s experience in engaging recruiters in India is not. Our group has provided recruiting services from India since 1997. Because of this, Hello’s recruiters in India are highly experienced in serving U.S. clients. Additionally, all team members who are not native English speakers receive dialect coaching, ensuring communication with your candidates is of exceptional quality.
